An easy Green Smoothie Recipe by Josie Riviera

Do you like eating vegetables? If not, then January is the perfect month to begin drinking them! We all know that vegetables are a good source of vitamins and minerals, plus they're low in calories.

Here's a quick and easy recipe for a Green Smoothie, and a good way to stay hydrated.

Instructions:
  1. Pack 2 cups of leafy greens in a measuring cup and then toss into blender.
  2. Add water and blend together until all leafy chunks are gone.
  3. Add mango, pineapple and bananas or other favorite fruit. Blend again until smooth.
  4. Pour into your favorite cup and enjoy!

I Love You More, my sweet contemporary romance, focuses on adoption, a subject very close to my heart, as my husband and I adopted our daughter from S. Korea.  Here's the blurb: A billionaire and a single mother have more in common than they know. Can Valentine’s Day bring this unlikely pair together … this time for good?

Author's Note: Thousands of families around the world have opened their homes and hearts through international adoption. Soo-Min is the embodiment of many, many fortunate adoptive children and parents who’ve together created forever families.

  1. I'm so proud of you for adopting. My youngest daughter wanted to but her health and finances prevented her doing so. Best wishes for continued success with your career.

  2. The mango and Pmineapple sound good. Lol. I've drunk some healthy stuff that tasted better than it looked.

  4. I guess I'm in the minority, but I never have a difficult time eating my vegetables and fruit. When I was growing up, everything we ate came from the garden. Maybe that's why I still have salads and vegetables at lunch and dinner. Just habit? One of my few good ones I suppose. *LOL*
