1. Is your favorite activity going out to eat? (Mine is!) Instead of going out to dinner with friends, consider a physical activity--perhaps bowling or roller skating.
2. Are you eating the correct amount? Read the serving size on the label. You may be surprised to learn you're eating twice the recommended serving size.
3. Are you eating enough fat? Fat-free foods don't control your appetite. Consider eating more healthy fats like olives, nuts, avocados, and salmon.
